Job Summary:

This job position is responsible for managing workforce for SCB 10X and SCB 10X’s Subsidiaries to drive the business performance and to accentuate the business directions. This position will be a key person to translate company strategic direction and enrich company culture through various kind of engagement activities and handle human resources related processes to enable the business unit to meet its strategic goals.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop talent acquisition strategy and action plan to align and drive business direction and growth
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment activities for SCB 10X and build the stronger talent pipeline for Subsidiary company
• Design and execute the compelling Employer branding to attract global talents from diverse business and background
• Initiate and facilitate the innovations to strengthen the company culture and engagement and nurture a collaborative working environment 
• Enhance individual leadership development and apply people analytic tools and initiatives to ensure the company retains high performing individuals 
• Provide guidance and support for both Line Manager and employees regarding the performance management for multi-discipline functions and whilst proposing recognition and fair reward system
• Take charge of the related HR system and platform and assist the implementation of HR business-as-usual for SCB 10X and support the seamless transition of employees for Subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or any fields with related experiences
• At least 3-5 years’ experience of People area in technology start-up, financial and Investment, and/or multi-national company will be advantage
• Have well rounded HR knowledge including talent acquisition, organizational and people development, employee relation and implementation of overall human resources for new business or company is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to adapt and embrace any changes due to the business priorities
• Ability to bring new ideas to the table in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects and BAU
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to establish relationships and communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Professional in English communication and written with presentation skills
