Senior Product Specialist

As a Senior Product Specialist at SCB 10X Lab, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and driving the development of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concepts. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, conducting market research, and iterating on user feedback to achieve problem-solution fit. You'll lead the prioritization of features, working closely with internal technology and engineering teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure product delivery with a strong product mindset.

The key responsibilities should be included but not limited to

• Jointly define product vision and develop MVP concepts through collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and solutions.
• Research and understand users/customers including potential market through iterations.
• Define key hypotheses and conduct experiments to test these hypotheses and iterate through user/stakeholder feedback to develop problem-solution fit.
• Lead prioritization of use cases/features as part of concept development and validation, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders including internal technology and engineering teams and external parties for delivery with a product mindset.
• Ensure consumer value propositions and product market fit are prioritized at critical steps.
• Work with business lead to establish the commercial viability of product and incorporate product roadmap into business plan and GTM strategy.
• As part of the Venture Capital team, support product research and valuation.

• A strong track record in conceptualizing, launching, pivoting, and scaling technology products from the ground up based on customer requirements.
• Experienced in cross-functional teams and able to facilitate the discussion to steer development direction in product, engineering, research, and business. Able to coach junior members.
• Able to clearly articulate value propositions of technology solutions across each stage of the product roadmap to customers and internal teams.
• Up to date on the latest technology trends and comfortable working with new technologies.
• Self-starter and fast learner in working with new areas.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment full of ambiguity with the ability to manage time, stakeholders, and schedules to meet ambitious goals.
• Product Development experience in 0 to 1 environment with good sense of business.
• Strong at least in one industry domain is a plus.
