Job Descriptions:

IT Support Duties and Responsibilities
  • Developer support 3 days/week and develop application with product team 2 days/week
  • Support the user request by using the ticketing system to manage the priority and queue.
  • Prepare the laptop and IT mandatory credential account to support the new staff.
  • Daily system health check for IT Infrastructure and equipment.
  • Maintain company assets and manage procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery and support services are provided on time.
  • Attend Daily standup meeting and Weekly IT Team Meeting for updating the current work and assignment.
  • Resolve/Troubleshoot internal IT issues (network connectivity, Application problems, Payment Gateway, etc.).
  • Support the project development by provide usability test before release application.
  • Perform IT Improvement Project as assigned.
  • To be the part of Product Innovation team to share the idea and drive it to happen for improving the
  • Query database for marketing

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT , Electronic or related fields.
• 0 - 3 years of working experience in IT Support or related field.
• Experience working with Database such as MySQL
• Fresh graduated from IT field is welcome.
• Must be self-motivated, confident, and proactive as well as have a positive attitude regarding work.
• Proven ability to work within a team.
• Service mind with positive attitudes.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
