CEO for SCB 10X Portfolio Company

Position Overview: The CEO will be responsible for leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of new and long-term business strategies for SCB 10X Portfolio Company. The CEO will manage the company's assets and liabilities, serve as the figurative head of the organization, and set strategic goals that are measurable. The CEO will coordinate with the company committee and stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies.

• Oversee the company's long-term strategy, developing high-quality business strategies and plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Oversee operations, HR, and partner with the Board of Directors in sales management to ensure sufficient investment capital is budgeted for near-term growth targets
• Manage capital investment and expenses aggressively to ensure the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and plan fundraising for the company

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years of experience in managing ecommerce, business development, digital product owner, or commercial management
• Fundraising experience and international business experience
• Project management experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical thinking
• Fluent in Thai and English
