UX/UI Designer, Venture Builder
Job Summary:
SCB10X Venture Builder team is building several innovative projects/startups solving unmet needs in a huge market, with SCB advantages.
We are looking for a UX/UI/Graphic Designer who loves designing and building new products as well as user acquisition. Our way of work is agile, where we quickly launch to test to get feedback. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, and Marketers to quickly design to test ideas, launch products, and acquire users. An ideal candidate is someone who has ownership of a product, can quickly take a product concept to wireframes, and makes decisions based on user feedback.
Job Descriptions:
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process of products/ideas/solutions as well as user acquisition
- Work through product problems from definition and opportunity to shipping software to our customers
- Be actively involved in defining the strategy for your product, thinking in terms of experience, not just screens
- Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, to validate product directions
- Participate in design critique and product meetings
- Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to reiterate design to launch quickly and respond to users' feedback
- Brainstorm and continuously improve design for content, advertisement, and event
Qualifications:
- Love designing and building new products
- Experience designing digital products (apps, websites)
- Effectively convey and communicate design solutions in visual, written, and verbal
- User-centric designer who is eager to create delightful experiences to end-users
- A driven self-starter who is excited about collaborating and building relationships with other teams
- Creative problem-solver who can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch, and other tools
