Head of Business Development Manager leading total businesses through the E-commerce channel for SkinX. Develops E-commerce and teleconsulting service strategy and sees it through from insights to execution to drive revenue and profit growth. Implements brand strategies and tactics to seamlessly drive the online services, manage customer relationships, merchandising, category management, business planning and trade management utilizing cross-functional resources and data sources.

Job Descriptions:

  • Strong understanding of beauty E-commerce dynamics and class of trade strategies, including new and emerging areas within the omnichannel space.
  • Overseeing marketing activities (social media, marketing strategy, marketing performance, and content marketing) and executing marketing campaign, promotion and ensuring a brand identity.
  • Strategic planning, effective budget management and performance tracking report
  • Ensure campaign launch on time and effective implementation and align with company’s goal
  • Strategically develop and implement innovative beauty E-commerce marketing, pricing, profitable sales strategy, and programs to drive joint business plans and exceed sales objectives.
  • Drive acquisition strategies, lifecycle/retention marketing, and organic growth strategies
  • Lead and coaching the marketing team and coordinate with other functions including tech team, customer support team.
  • Initiate concept development for new service or product and identify market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education required: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ progressive exempt status experience in business, customer management and customer development or equivalent in other business functions, specific to E-Commerce. Proficient in business and financial/budget analysis with an understanding of omni-channel dynamics, insights, and profitability metrics.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Beauty E-commerce experience with passion for driving E-commerce growth is a must. Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing performance tracking.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Results, strategy and vision orientation, leadership, strong oral and written communication, ethical judgment, and decision making, cross-cultural, international business intuition, change management, analytical, project and risk management and building relationships.
  • Start-up experience is essential as the ideal candidate must be able to illustrate where you’ve encountered difficulty and must understand the demands of a start-up environment.
