Job Summary:

        This job position is responsible for managing and monitoring capital planning and capital management that cover tracking company’s performance, including SCB10X’ s portfolio company to ensure all financial transaction run smoothly as well as supervising SCB10X’ s portfolio company on fundraising activities. This will be a key person to understand and analyze all related business performances and market conditions to address business directions.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and develop capital planning and capital management
  • Track a company's financial performance against planned
  • Analyze business performance and market conditions to create forecast and strategic decisions
  • Supervise SCB10X’ s portfolio company on fundraising activities including but not limited to lead/support transactions, negotiate with potential investors, and review completeness of transaction documentation
  • Develop financial model to evaluate SCB10X’ s valuation and portfolio company’s valuation
  • Assist management and lead team to develop tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic and managerial accounting & investment reports
  • Manage and ensure smooth finance and accounting process of SCB 10X and ensure alignment of SCB 10X subsidiaries’ ones
  • Work closely with Portfolio Management team to consolidate and analyze portfolio company performance and provide strategic direction to support SCB10X’ s portfolio company’s fundraising plan
  • Build relationships with other Division and Corporate resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results
  • Provide a leadership role, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement
  • Analyze and plan for operational excellence improvements that align and ensure key business activities run smoothly supporting both SCB 10X operations and potential shared services to portfolio companies
  • Ensure the setting up and rolling forecast model and budget accurately reflects the operational assumptions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements and correspond with local accounting professionals and auditors for all statutory financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree from accredited university in finance, economics, entrepreneurship, engineering or related field with direct experience in Financial Planning & analysis and investment planning
  • At least 5-10 years of related experiences with proven track record in Accounting/Finance in Technology start-up or investment company
  • Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management cross-functionally and externally; ability make things happen quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Takes initiative to problem-solve, can gain proficiency quickly, and bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects
  • Advanced financial modelling, solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to establish relationships and communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including management level through the organization
  • Professional in English communication and written with presentation skills
