Job Summary:

TokenUnlocks is aiming to be the leading tokenomics data provider that helps promote trust and transparency among all crypto stakeholders. We are looking for an adaptability Customer & Social Media Specialist to join our business team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media channels and customer satisfaction efforts. Your responsibilities will extend across various functions including social media management, customer interaction, external operations, marketing, content creation, and building relationships with global customers.

Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded, passionate and high-growth-mindset person with proven experiences in customer service and community manager. Experiences in tech, crypto, web 3.0 and/or startup working environments are huge advantages.

Job Descriptions:

  • Engage and manage social media platforms and chat groups, boosting community interaction and positive engagement
  • Plan and execute social media, and communication in line with overall marketing strategies.
  • Effectively handle customer interactions, ensuring needs are met and contributing to business operations.
  • Address customer complaints by providing timely solutions and alternatives; conduct follow-ups to ensure resolutions are satisfactory.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication
  • Proactively identify and address customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Explore new community-friendly platforms to grow the user base and enhance brand awareness.
  • Find new innovative strategy and outreach opportunities to improve brand image and product visibility.
  • Track and monitor social media platforms, to analyze web traffic and community engagement
  • Collect market feedback and user suggestions, providing valuable insights to the product and business team and management level
  • Implement ****community-building initiatives and secure partnerships that drive business development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months in Customer Support/Community Management with ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers and emotional intelligence
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto culture.
  • Self-motivated and highly driven, with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about communication
  • Availability to work on weekends and overtime during critical periods
  • Stay up to date with the market conditions and be well aware of crypto trends.
  • Able to independently work across cross-functional teams and skilled at bringing people together
  • Familiarity with online marketing platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Optional - good to have:
    • Experience in business/marketing in tech, data products, or startups
    • Knowledge and interests in AI and data-driven products, cryptocurrency, web 3.0, on-chain data or tokenomics are very desirable
