Our team is divided into two groups: venture capital and venture building. The venture capital team invests in exponential technologies, while the venture building team supports entrepreneurs working in Web3, blockchain, deep tech, and green tech.
Job Descriptions:
As an AI/ML Lead within SCB 10X's Venture Builder team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape and driving innovation in the realm of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Operating at a broader organizational level, you will act as a bridge between product goals and technical challenges, ensuring seamless alignment and synergy between SCB 10X's visionary product vision and cutting-edge technological advancements. This full-time role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, mentorship capabilities, architectural expertise, and a strategic mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive professional experience in AI/ML development and engineering, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and data processing methodologies.
- Proven experience in mentoring and guiding technical teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge product goals and technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
- Experience working within a venture building or platform-focused environment is a plus.
